Job Description:

The Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Directorate supports and executes programs, in support of, Air Force Special Operations Forces (AFSOF) intelligence forces. These programs ensure intelligence personnel are capable to provide comprehensive, actionable intelligence services to United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) elements and subordinate commands. Programs encompasses the collection, interpretation, and immediate use of intelligence information gathered from multiple sources, to include, both manned and unmanned airborne ISR platforms. Besides airborne collection, AFSOC ISR conducts rapid, real-time synthesis of vast amounts of intelligence data derived from multiple sources including human intelligence (HUMINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), imagery intelligence (IMINT), geo-spatial intelligence (GEOINT), among others.

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):

Responsible for instructional delivery of intelligence-related curriculum in support of targeting intelligence training requirements.
• Create/modify syllabus, lesson plans, practical exercises, multimedia, and other training materials as needed for effective delivery to targeting intelligence personnel.
• Instruct SOTAOS targeting intelligence personnel in accordance with developed training objectives and course materials.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years hands-on targeting intelligence experience out of the last 12 years.
• 5+ years hand-on experience in Instructor Methodology and Instructional Systems Design.
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN

Desired Skills:

• 3+ years of experience managing an Air Force Formal Training Program.
• 2+ Years of general experience in the fields of Training and Education is highly desired.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree

Security Clearance:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance is REQUIRED
