Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to join our growing team. In this role, you will report directly to the CEO. You will handle and manage the CEO's calendar, travel, expense reporting and will serve as the primary coordinator to all meeting requests from internal and external stakeholders. You will frequently handle confidential and sensitive materials and will be required to be well-versed on the organization and related issues to direct correspondence and reply on behalf of the CEO. You must be self-motivated, doing your part to enable others to do their job well. You enjoy a fast-paced environment and working towards tight deadlines. You are phenomenal at developing processes that keep you organized and on schedule while ensuring those you support stay prepared and informed.
