Our Tax practice is seeking associates with three to six years of post-JD experience in tax and executive compensation to join our Boston office.

Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:

* Experience with all aspects of executive compensation including equity compensation, executive arrangements, Section 409A, Section 280G and benefits arrangements

* Strong research and writing skills required.

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor

* Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.

* Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
