Mustang Cat is looking for a Service Supervisor to support the engine service shop operations at our Tomball facility. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage, supervise, and perform day-to-day operations of the Large Engine/Component Service Shop.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all engine repairs and overhauls
• Monitor shop expenses
• Manage technician overtime
• Perform monthly safety meetings
• Oversee warranty repairs
• Open, edit, review, and invoice service work orders
• Ensure all invoices are collected on time
• Address customer issues, concerns, and disputed
• Communicate status of repairs to manager, sales reps, and customers

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, Ag Engineering, System Management or related field
• Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements
• 2 years supervisory experience in a service or repair shop environment
• Understand fundamentals of diesel and natural gas engines
• Basic knowledge of accounting and business financials
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications and database systems
• Knowledge of SIS
• Demonstrated successful leadership skills to maintain employee engagement
• Highly organized and able to multitask
