Riskonnect's Professional Services team is the industry leader in implementing integrated Risk Management solutions. The team balances its deep industry experience, technical and Salesforce acumen, and extensive data integration expertise to lead our customers through projects to drive business value from Riskonnect software. THE OPPORTUNITY

Riskonnect understands Risk Management inside and out. It is the Professional Services team's mission to lead our customers through the journey of implementing Riskonnect software and drive their resulting success. To do so, we train each colleague and leverage the industry leading 7 Principles of Professional Services as the backbone for customer success.

The Project Manager role is integral in the successful delivery of projects for our customers. In this role, you will manage business critical SaaS implementations for new and existing clients, maintain, track, and update project status, budget, and resources, manage schedules and project logistics. You are the quarterback and main liaison for our customers, driving meetings, communication, status, and budget at all levels of the customer organization and Riskonnect.

The successful Project Manager will complete projects that deliver the intended business value for our customers, while managing budgets and timelines, and creating a collaborative environment for your team members. You are seen as a leader with the Professional Services team who your fellow colleagues want to work on future projects.

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A FIT?

You are innovative and a pioneer. You care not only about how you will succeed, but how you will contribute to the success of our customers and your fellow Riskonnect colleagues. You crave a fast-paced environment where your success is tied to your customers and your teammates. You possess the following skills and requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years in a project management role
• Demonstrated experience translating your work into business value for your and/or your customer's organization
• Detail oriented; strong analytical skills
• Skilled in managing priorities and working under pressure with changes
• Adjusts and works efficiently in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, environment
• Preferred Qualifications include:
• PMP certification
• RMIS industry experience
