The Ingersoll Rand Marketing team is growing! We seek a Demand Generation Marketing Manager for the ARO business unit.

Position Summary: The Demand Generation Marking Manager, Light Industrial will plan, create, manage, and execute marketing campaigns, requiring a robust understanding of demand generation programs for coordinating designs, follow-ups, and expertise in campaign development and lead management. This is a critical role that will foster cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, promoting a positive culture that rewards learning, collaboration, and impactful contributions. The ideal candidate is a dynamic marketer with a proven track record in executing effective multi-channel programs to generate demand and accelerate the sales pipeline. Key Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a long-term marketing strategy aligned with business goals, based on demand generation principles and best practices, through collaborating globally with cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize validated buyer persona data to inform campaign plans and create engaging content that drives demand and revenue.
  • Partner with design and content teams to deliver assets aligned with campaign objectives and timelines.
  • Develop clear product positioning and messaging to differentiate our offerings and resonate with diverse buyer personas.
  • Manage and optimize various marketing channels and content including email, webinars, social media, blogs, PR, SEO, and SEA.
  • Implement robust lead tracking and analysis processes to measure campaign performance and drive improvements.
  • Create engaging and educational content for targeted segments, driving demand, revenue, and meeting relevant business goals.
  • Continuously analyze campaign data to optimize tactics, maximize engagement, and enhance revenue generation.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring effective communication and alignment on strategic initiatives.
Work Arrangement and Travel Requirements:

  • This is a remote job arrangement with travel up to 10%.
  • Preferred locations for this position to reside is Bryan, OH or Davidson, NC.
Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with over 5 years of proven demand generation and digital marketing/lead generation experience, yielding measurable project results.
  • Demonstrated success in managing global teams to drive visibility and top-line growth.
  • Comprehensive understanding of successful digital campaign components and execution processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization and business insights.
  • Expertise in marketing automation, lead generation and sales enablement tools for effective campaign management.
