We are on an exciting trajectory of growth that has put us in the position to seek a Full Desk Recruiter that will work on our Charlotte Professional Services team.
Job Description
Source new clients and businesses, evaluate talent, and provide staffing services
Search, source, and screen potential candidates for the roles available within the company
Negotiate placements and uncover and resolve recruitment-related issues quickly and efficiently
Regularly maintain and manage your portfolio of candidates and clients and prepare resumes for associates
Regularly research and adopt the best market and commercial practices and adhere to internal recruitment policies
Verify the recruitment practices are up to industry standards and aligned with the company's objectives
Background We are Seeking
Full desk staffing and recruiting experience required
Strong customer service and consultative sales skills
Experience in sourcing practices, such as direct sourcing, passive candidate searching, networking, and applicant evaluation
Excellent presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
