ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: -------------------------------------------------- Demonstrates competence with physical diagnostic skills, medical and occupational history taking, and documentation of all relevant findings. -------------------------------------------------- Demonstrates the highest standards of honesty and integrity in all dealings, both related and unrelated to hospital business. -------------------------------------------------- Demonstrates willingness to seek help from the medical director or supervising physicians when questions arise which are beyond the scope of the employee's expertise, training, or experience. -------------------------------------------------- Develops treatment plans in accordance with established clinical protocols and consideration of all physical and psychosocial factors that may impact the client situation, and establishes a rapport with clients to provide support, education, and counseling. -------------------------------------------------- Develops treatment protocols and clinical pathways in collaboration with the supervising physician. -------------------------------------------------- Documents assessments, treatments, outcomes, work and disability status, and screenings in a thorough manner.
