Job Description

GTM & Program Management

  • Responsible for supporting GTM & strategy for Visa Direct global clients (which includes PayPal/ Venmo, Meta, Cash App, Apple, Amazon, Samsung, Twitter etc.) and Visa+

  • Manage client tracking for Visa Direct Core accounts & Visa+, by keeping track of key activities & holding all relevant team members accountable for key tasks. Use tracking tools like Microsoft Tasks, Excel & other tools

  • Assist with the maintenance of commercialization assets (E.g. Tear sheets, customized design requests, key client pitch decks & presentations)

  • Manage the client intake process for Visa+ (. e.g. checking deal status, client type, size etc.) & help coordinate GTM follow ups

  • Report on status, progress & milestones through weekly emails, presentations & other tools.

  • Coordinate critical team catch up meetings as well as ad-hoc meeting requests.

Strategy & Planning

  • Support key planning processes such as multi-year outlook process (MSO), AOP, budgets, OKR planning & review- in partnership with Finance & other key business partners.

  • Create / Support the creation of PowerPoint materials/ decks for MBR's, business reviews, and strategic executive presentations.

  • Support in the ongoing monitoring and actions relating to Visa+ & Core Account OKR and Goals

  • Support the Visa+ & Visa Direct executive team in developing the overall Visa+ and Core account strategies.

  • Track incentive Funds earmarked for critical business asks.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
o 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
o 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
o Work experience within Product Marketing, Planning, Strategy with payments industry experience preferred.
o Comfortable with using PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools to help create presentations and dashboards for executive consumption.
o This role will have high executive exposure & should have proven ability to communicate through multiple disciplines and organizational groups.
o Experienced in Project management, including managing, planning, organizing, scheduling, and tracking of projects.
o Strong commercial acumen. understands the economics of client's business and how our products impact a client's P&L as well as the commercial drivers of Visa's business.
o Teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills, and ability to lead by influence and example.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132,300.00 to 191,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
