About the Team/Role:

Payzer, a WEX Company, creates software solutions to help contractors simplify their business and make life easier.

Our software product, Payzerware, is an end-to-end Field Service Management platform that helps contractors run their business, grow sales, and simplify back-office operations. Payzerware provides complete business management including schedule / dispatch, invoicing, sales proposals, and maintenance agreements. It also enables a full range of payment and financing solutions, which further help contractors decrease outstandings, generate more revenue per job, and save time.

Our sales representatives are focused on helping new customers sign up for our flagship product, Payzerware.

The Payzerware Sales Team are...

* Experts at demonstrating Payzerware to warm prospects, with special attention to showing how Payzerware solves problems for contractors.

* Exceptional question askers and listeners, with especially strong skills at uncovering reasons that drive and inhibit purchase intent.

* Disciplined and consistent at following up with opportunities in their pipeline to maximize sales.

* Product experts who work hard, solve problems, and prefer to win as a team.

How you'll make an impact:

On a typical day, a Payzerware Sales Person will...

* Perform multiple online customer demos of our software.

* Take great notes and put them in our CRM.

* Help newly signed customers deliver necessary documentation and data to our training and onboarding teams.

* Make 20+ outbound calls into their warm pipeline to advance deals.

* Send 10-20 emails to prospects and customers, helping them move along the pipeline.

* Help put out a fire or two by solving customer problems based on their knowledge of our product.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Salary Pay Range: $56,000.00 - $75,000.00
