Table & Board is a female founded & operated charcuterie and wine market that specializes in cheese and charcuterie boards, desserts, grazing tables, catering and unique workshops.

We are located in historic Downtown Davidson and proudly serve the Lake Norman communities of Davidson, Cornelius, Huntersville & Mooresville, NC.

Table & Board was founded in 2021, by mother daughter team Julie Wilkinson and Mary Lou Hamela. The concept was born out of our shared passion for food, entertaining and design. Food will always be a source of joy for people, it's a communal experience that binds us. Life should be a celebration and we believe that a beautiful board or box is the perfect way to bring people together.

Project Description:

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team and assist in our marketing efforts. This provide will provide valuable hands-on experience in digital marketing, strategies and market research.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on local competitors and market trends to inform our marketing strategy.
- Prepare a market analysis report outlining key findings and recommendations.
- Identify and evaluate digital marketing opportunities, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Help with content creation for digital platforms, including social media posts, blogs, and newsletters.

Desired Skills:

- Strong passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Time Commitment:

10 hours per week for 4 weeks initially, with the possibility to continue at 5- 8 hours per week

Requirement:

Davidson students must be in North Carolina or South Carolina to qualify for summer employment.
