Location: Charlotte NC

Experience: 10+ Years

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 and $125,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Job Description

* Genesys Framework, T-Servers, Sip Servers, eServices components, reporting components, Infomart, GVP.

* Extensive experience in resolving Critical Production Support issues, performing maintenance and troubleshooting of contact center applications (Genesys, Avaya, SIP)

* Experience in Installing, Maintaining and upgrading all Genesys components

* Contribute to the solution architectural design with disaster recovery and high availability

Good to Have Skills

* Strong knowledge in Linux and Windows Operating systems

* Strong knowledge in Oracle, SQL databases

* Good Knowledge in Nuance integrations
