Production Machine Operator

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Read work instructions from work order or traveler.
  • Set up manufacturing equipment in a reasonable time using documented procedures to produce a quality product.
  • Work with supervisor or previous shift operators to determine status of in process work, machine conditions and other work to be completed.
  • Observe all safety rules and procedures.
  • Participates in continuous improvement activities as requested.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment screening that includes a background check, physical including drug and alcohol screening.
