Direct the flow of product from Hopper through the Contherm meeting production and refrigeration objectives. Interpret product production schedule to plan daily production goals. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Set up tear down, operate and maintain Contherm operations * Monitor and adjust Refrigeration control for varying product input and output temperatures * Perform Contherm preventive/predictive maintenance * Maintain on-going communication with maintenance and production supervisors and managers. Education and Experience: * Ability to learn the Ammonia Refrigeration process related to Contherm operation * Ability to speak, read and write English required * Meet the qualifications for the IMT machine operation program
