The Human Resources Business Partner will enhance ATI's HR capabilities in the Specialty Materials Business Unit by aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive performance and growth. This role is pivotal in fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting ATI's values across all levels of personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent working experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist/business partner experience in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
  • Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
