Position Summary:
As a Fulfillment Specialist you will provide support for customers and ensure their satisfaction with our products, services, and features.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Process orders for material or merchandise received by mail, telephone, or personally from customer or company employees.
  • Enter orders into fulfillment software for customer or internal clients.
  • Communicate customer specifications in a detailed and clear manner.
  • Communicate with customers as needed to meet client expectations.
  • Answer all phone calls/emails within set timeframe, following up if necessary.
  • Work with customers to research fulfillment only branded merchandise items and generate Purchase Orders.
  • Work with the branded merchandise team and sales team to outline proper workflows and processes for exact reprints and reorders.
  • Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
  • Follows up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.
  • Recommends special type of packing or labeling needed on order.
  • Request return shipping labels as needed.
  • Creates/updates items and users in fulfillment portals.
  • Receives and investigates customer complaints.
  • Confers with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.
  • Prepares various reports for customers/management.
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to safety goals by maintaining a clean, clutter-free workplace, report potentially unsafe conditions and ensure that the department meets and exceeds safety requirements.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards by completing work in timely and accurate manner.
  • Work overtime as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
    Minimum Qualifications of Position
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    Preferred Qualification of Position
    • Completed courses in Graphic Communications (or equivalent) or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Communications (or equivalent).
    • Experience using ERP, warehouse software.
    • Two plus years of experience working in manufacturing, fulfillment, or distribution environment.
    • One year of experience in a customer service position
    • Advanced Excel skills
    Knowledge and Skills
    • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and measurement.
    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with ambivalent situations.
    • Ability to communicate/understand basic written and verbal instructions.
    • Experience using Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
    • Frequent sitting for prolonged periods of time
    • Frequent reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and stooping.
    • Frequent walking
    • Ability to lift, pull, push up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability to visually inspect all work for defects.
    • Manual dexterity for repetitive work

    The national pay range for this role is $45,000 to $50,000/ year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
