COMMERCIAL DATA SPECIALIST

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE COMMERCIAL DATA SPECIALIST

  • Maintain and update Customer Master Data records in SAP & Axiom (BP, Addresses, Payment Terms, Customer Contacts)
  • Process new Customer Master creation requests in SAP & Axiom
  • Responsible for accurate preparation and execution of all invoicing in SAP & Axiom in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.
  • Responsible for the overall administration and distribution of all departmental documents and report management, including weekly executive report-out of commercial activity.
  • Assist with monthly internal and external audit requests.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support Customer Business Requests for quality documents, AS9100, AS9120, Nadcap, ISO9001 certifications, supplier surveys, Conflict Minerals, etc.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

REQUIRED FOR THE COMMERCIAL DATA SPECIALIST

  • High-School diploma required. A two- or four- year undergraduate degree in Business or another related field is preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of commercial, transactional systems, document management, workflow design, and process improvement experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Customer / relationship building focused. Experience being well organized and has the ability to prioritize tasks and make appropriate decisions.
  • Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators / metrics.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong goal and results orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities.
