What You'll Do

As an Identity access management (IAM) Architect to join our outstanding Cisco enterprise security and research team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing IAM solutions for cisco organization for both internal workforce and customer identities.

You will work with partners, Information security teams, Supply chain, Engineering and other IT teams to craft IAM solutions to meet business and security requirements.

  • Design & Implement IAM solutions using Active Directory, Azure, CyberArk or similar Directory and Privilaged Access Management products.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards related to Directory and PAM solutions.
Who You'll Work With

You will work with our innovative Identity and Access Management team as part of IT Security at Cisco where you will collaborate with other teams within IT Security and broader IT teams.

Who You Are

You have passion to learn technologies, can communicate clearly and optimally with the distributed team, possess good critical thinking and analytical skills, and are able to stay focused while working under pressure. With superb communication and writing skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of an organization.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience with Three (3) years as an IAM Architect.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, CyberArk or equivalent Directory and PAM tools
  • Excellent knowledge of authentication protocols such as LDAP, SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, MFA, and Risk Based Authentication.
  • Ability to translate business strategies and project portfolios into short and long-term architectural plans, detailed requirements, and models.
  • Certification on Azure, AWS, GCP, CISSP would be added advantage.
  • Consultancy experience of Vision and Strategy development for Identity & Access.
  • Experience working in DevSecOps Model and knowledge of CI/CD tools such Github, Dockers, Jenkins etc.
