Recruiter 2, RPO

We're looking for a full-time, staffRecruiter 2 to join our DZConneX team,REMOTELY.

As the Senior Recruiter 2, here's the work you'll do:

  • Demonstrate competency in execution of full life cycle recruitment (source, screen, submit, pipeline, etc.), policies and guidelines and client services objectives. A successful candidate in this role has a track record in meeting ramp or productivity goals. Operate proficiently in filling various types of jobs in various industries, as assigned based on client need. Provide support and takes initiative through the interview process, including performing the necessary screening requirement and through the offer phase.
  • Communicate / collaborate with peers by sharing recruiting best practices and providing accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools.
  • Demonstrate a proficient understanding of the business and industry; can effectively build relationships with candidates to create and sustain a pipeline for future positions. Can utilize established network to anticipate and meet client requests.
  • Effectively utilize recruiting tools including networking through social media outlets, professional affiliations, job boards, database searches, etc. Including Conducting Sourcing Campaigns and brain storming strategies.
  • Work to understand the client's needs, consulting with hiring managers and reacting appropriately in an environment of competing priorities.
  • Adhere to OFCCP guidelines and company standards
  • ATS folder clean-out
  • Offer letter / Employment Agreement creation
  • Screen resumes, phone / video interview candidates
  • Onboard Assistance
This role is for you if you have these skills:
  • Two - Fiveyears of recruitment experience (Corporate, RPO, or Staffing)
  • Experience recruiting in a manufacturing and / or Engineering environment
  • Knowledgeable of Boolean search logic and capable of creating your own search strings
  • Experience screening of resumes, phone screens, scheduling calls / interviews
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
  • Executive Customer Engagement.
  • Flexible with assisting recruitment process within various client business groups and supporting recruitment projects.
And if you have these qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Two - fiveplus years of corporateor RPO recruitment experience
  • Experience within full cycle recruiting with a regulated / technical industry / manufacturing industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience in and a thorough understanding of the recruiting process
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, Power Point
  • A working knowledge and familiarity with applicant tracking systems


Candidates that are hired will receive a competitive base salary, 401k, a comprehensive medical/dental/vision plan, parental leave, pet insurance and paid time off.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $57,200 - $85,800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
