We're seeking full-time Project Engineers for our Land Development team in Charlotte, NC. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing various land development projects.
  • Participating in teams for project due diligence, design, and permitting.
  • Mentoring and training staff.
  • Assisting Project Managers with client and regulatory agency communications.
  • Providing construction observation and office support for ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Land Development.
  • AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is a plus.
  • PE certification is preferred.
