Job Summary
The Nuclear Med Tech (Mobile) is part of the Imaging Float Pool. All team members within the Imaging Float Pool agree to float to any Upstate facility.Performs a variety of technical procedures that require a high degree of independent judgement and initiative in the utilization of radionuclides for the diagnosis and the therapy of disease in humans. All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health's values: Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Minimum Requirements
Associate's Degree - Graduate of accredited nuclear medicine technology school
Required Certifications, Registrations, Licenses
Registered in Nuclear Medicine Technology - ARRT (N) or Certified Nuclear Medicine Tech (CNMT) through the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) .\u00A0
SCRQSA license
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Experience on Philips preferred
Spect CT experience preferred
One year Nuc. Med experience preferred
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of office equipment (fax/copier)
