Overview

Multiple Sign On Bonus Options!

$2,500 -1 year work commitment

$5,000 - 2 year work commitment

$10,000 - 3 year work commitment

(Internal Mission Partners not eligible)

Candidate will receive an additional 40% of their hourly rate in addition to their base rate when working weekend hours. Position is also eligible for yearly annual increases.

Unique Specialty hospital offering multidisciplinary rehab services to an 18 bed Long Term Acute Care Unit and 29 bed Acute Rehab Unit. Serving a wide variety of diagnosis from acute respiratory therapy , spinal cord injury, stoke and traumatic brain injury this therapy team offers extensive therapy to these patients progressing them to return to their highest level of functionality.

Expected pay for this position is $35.33 - $41.57/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.


Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy

Licensure/Certifications:

  • State license and National Board Certification Occupational Therapy registration
  • Current state driver's license for those providing Driving Evaluations
  • CPR certification within 90 days of hire

Other skills/knowledge:

  • Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate to the population served
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information
  • Analytical ability to evaluate patients' Occupational and functional status, establish therapy goals, formulate treatment plans consistent with goals, observe patients and document status, and assist techs and assistants in resolving problems
  • Excellent computer skills and the ability to process detailed information in an accurate manner

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous work experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Valid driver's license
