This role is a key position for the Workforce Management (WFM) team providing analysis, technical expertise and support of the Saint-Gobain WFM solution for more than 15,000 U.S. and Canadian employees working in multiple legal entities. As the subject matter expert, this position is responsible for the analysis and technical configuration of the time & attendance system as well as system integrations and enhancements. This role will work closely with other functional areas such as Payroll Operations, Human Resources (HR), Operations, Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance & Accounting, Legal, etc. in the evaluation, set up, configuration and maintenance of the WFM solution.
