What you will do:
Design, create, and deliver L&D plans, programs, curriculums, and communication
Act as a thought partner and adviser to those you work with, whether it's leaders or colleagues who seek advice or ideas on strategies like communication approaches or people engagement
Work with stakeholders within HR and other Business Units to analyze business problems and develop learning offerings as a solution
Plan concise, engaging, and effective training materials and lead sessions that enable learners to apply what they have learned into day-to-day workflows to improve job performance
Use a combination of delivery methods for trainings - virtual, in person, asynchronous, etc.
Track, report, and evaluate training programs for participation and effectiveness; make recommendations for new solutions and to improve existing offerings
Manage before, during, and after logistics for training sessions
Work collaboratively with all members of a learning team (vendor partners, consultants, business partners and subject matter experts) throughout the end-to-end learning process that is service oriented and supportive
You need to have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Seven years' experience with five years in the areas of learning and development, manager development, talent management, or instructional organizational development
Working experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate or other learning content authoring tools
Experience in content, project, and program creation and coordination
Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively while maintaining an eye for details
Experience in facilitating small, midsize, and large group discussions and trainings
Proven experience in process creation and optimization
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn additional software as needed
