Position Summary: Creates structural and graphic designs by researching, taking direction from manager, staff, and clients, collaborating, being innovative and delivering world-class user interaction designs.

Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Serves customers by advising, creating, developing structural, designs, layouts, print and web ready solutions to meet client expectations and needs
  • Completes projects by compiling information and working within the timetables set, offering feedback to the Creative manager, sales and clients so realistic timetables can be set
  • Design structures out of permanent, semi-permanent and corrugated materials taking into account structural integrity and testing
  • Produce designs that aid the customer and development team in understanding the desired experience including concepting and prototyping and safety
  • Develop prototypes using a CAD table
  • Participates in creative research by following client goals and marketing strategies, and working with sales to find solution for clients; creating innovative designs, concepts, and presentations
  • Maintains created and supplied files, e-mails, conversations, and info from clients and the sales department
  • Contributes to operating efficiency and quality by recommending and following new and existing procedures
  • Verifies creative results by reviewing projects, sales and customer feedback and conducting audits of design production
  • Maintains product quality and project consistency by evaluating outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating marketing trends and anticipating requirements
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications of Position:
  • Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree plus two years related experience or High School diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
  • 1 plus years of experience running CAD and 3D design
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree
  • 2+ years of experience using an ERP system
  • 2 plus years of experience running CAD
  • Solid knowledge of graphics processes and be able to analyze, problem solve, make decisions, schedule, source
  • In-depth knowledge of all Adobe Creative Cloud products for print production
  • Understanding of color calibration and Preflight
  • Ability to implement page layout and basic design
  • Operations skills in graphics, business technology and logistics of distribution
  • Previous experience working in manufacturing and/or print
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and stooping
  • Frequent standing for prolonged periods of time
  • Frequent walking
  • Ability to lift, pull, push up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to visually inspect all work for defects
  • Manual dexterity for repetitive work
The national pay range for this role is $68,000- $85,000/year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
