Job Description

Are you ready to unleash your full potential? We are looking for an HR Data Analyst responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and in-tune interpretation of HR Data. This role will be instrumental in the planning, development and implementation of streamlined processes, platforms, tools, predictive analysis methodologies, and reporting. This role will be focused on leveraging key data insights and methodologies to drive continuous improvements toward Employee data analytics, and repeatable HR processes that positively impact Employee and Organizational needs.

What you will be doing:
* Maintain the relevance and accuracy of data within the People & Culture systems, leveraging data insights to meet employee and organizational needs effectively
* Provide regular reporting on KPIs, metrics, and activities

* Building, configuring, and enhancing a suite of dashboards to provide actionable insights.

* Acting as a systems analyst for our workday People Analytics tool for data configuration

* Connecting external data sources together to create single views and joined dashboards

* Drive data innovation and adoption through stakeholder sensing, consultation and training (i.e. data quality education, Lunch and Learns, etc.)
* Demonstrate proactive thought-leadership by actively keeping up to date on industry trends and developments and making recommendations for areas of opportunity, improvement, and innovation
* Act as the point of contact for Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Business Data Custodians and Technical Data Stewards for queries related to data quality and processes

* Write documentation including Data Analytics Workflows, Standards, Guidelines, Taxonomies, and Operating Procedures



What you bring:

* Proficiency in Relational Databases with an eye toward innovation, consistency, and efficiency

* Proven experience using enterprise tools such as Visier, MS PowerBI, and other relevant metadata management tools

* A focused consideration will be made if you have direct experience with Workday Prism, and/or Workday People Analytics

* Ability to build relationships and credibility to drive awareness and adoption of data policies and standards across the Enterprise

* Direct experience with Data Analytics as a practice, including Enterprise Data Management, Data Quality, Data Lineage, Metadata Management, Data Methodologies, Data Analytics, Reporting, Privacy Regulations, and best practices

* Ability to effectively communicate to a variety of audiences with the appropriate controls to convey confidential or sensitive issues while ensuring the integrity and protection of personal data
