Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, deliver, and maintain solutions to accomplish business goals
- Ensure that software is developed to meet functional and non-functional requirements
- Refine stories, code solutions, build unit tests and ensure that solutions can be integrated successfully into the overall application
- Become an expert on development and testing practices at the client
- Work closely with business users, business analysts and development team colleagues to build best in class risk management solutions
Requirements:
- Summit API core development and client-side implementation experience
- Understanding of Summit data structures
- Comprehensive knowledge of C++, Microsoft Visual Studio, Net, C# and MQ
- Experience in Linux and shell, Perl and Python scripts
- Solid relational Sybase database/SQL experience
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible
- Experience working with Autosys scheduling
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- System administration, configuration, and management knowledge/experience in windows-based systems
Desired Skills:
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Knowledge of financial products in Capital market
Pay Range: $55.06-$63.06
