Job Description

Dewberry is currently seeking a Senior Client Relations Manager to further develop our existing relationships with industrial clients as well are grow our presence in the industrial market. The position will support our Industrial Market Segment leader with strategic growth into new industrial sectors and geographies.

Responsibilities
    Maintain primary one-to-one contact with industrial clients to understand and support their engineering needs
  • Assist in the coordination of the internal resources at Dewberry required to support projects
  • Coordinate and attend business development meetings with current and new industrial clients
  • Understand the client's needs and goals, and work closely with the teams to guide the direction of our service offerings.
  • Leverage all of Dewberry services and capabilities to expand our client and project opportunities.
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around Dewberry services.
  • Increase Dewberry's visibility through active participation at relevant professional organizations
  • Maintain a connection with our operational leadership in a way that allows Dewberry to execute this work to compel our clients to want more and ensure excellent service
Required Skills & Required Experience
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar degree in a technical field
  • Must have more than 15 years working in or with manufacturing facilities
  • Must have a deep understanding of the technical and project support needs of industrial clients
  • Must have a deep understanding of the procurement and project drivers for industrial clients
  • Must have excellent communications skills and the ability to easily convey complex solutions
  • High-energy - must be enthusiastic and positive about Dewberry and our people and services
  • Must have the ability to participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop concepts
  • Must have the ability to travel nationally to represent Dewberry
