Job Description

Kilpatrick's Chicago office is seeking a Mid Level Trusts and Estates Associate with at least 4 years of direct experience in high-net-worth estate and tax planning to be based in either our Chicago or Atlanta office. The ideal candidate should come from an estate planning practice, tax practice, or another transactional practice. Strong academic credentials and active admission to the IL or GA Bar, and experience in a large or mid-size law firm is preferred.

Key responsibilities in this role include demonstrating excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills, with a strong focus on precision and attention to detail. The successful candidate will exhibit a high level of organization, along with exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills. The ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with a diverse range of individuals is essential.
