Ecommerce Account Executive
 

Basic Function


Provide exceptional Customer Service--maintaining incoming emails, orders and phone calls from Ecommerce accounts as necessary to ensure the highest level of Customer Service for Bernhardt Residential Ecommerce, as directed by the Ecommerce Manager.
 

Organizational Relationships


Reports directly to the Ecommerce Manager.  Will have support from the Director of Ecommerce, as needed.
 

Specific Responsibilities


Maintain Ecommerce accounts’ website/portal communications and orders, as well as generate and update reports as needed in Microsoft Excel.  Duties will also include incoming calls, emails and other correspondence received from Ecommerce accounts, and possibly consumers, as needed for Residential Ecommerce.

Maintain a working relationship with Authorized Bernhardt Ecommerce Dealers, Bernhardt Sales Representatives, Factory personnel, other Bernhardt personnel and any/all Bernhardt business contacts.

Must always exhibit professional, responsible, respectful written communications and phone etiquette with all outside and inside contacts.

General Ecommerce Customer Service, reporting, order status, quality assurance, order entry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, most importantly, Excel.  Will also work within Salsify, our Product Information Management system.

Follows all Bernhardt policies and procedures as defined.

Works with the Ecommerce Manager to properly service the fast-paced and fast-growing Ecommerce business.

Makes individual decisions regarding credits, allowances to keep, and order entry within the defined Authorized Bernhardt Ecommerce Dealer Policy.

Reports any problem issues or concerns to the Ecommerce Manager and/or Director of Ecommerce.

Ensures the highest level of Customer Service.
 

Authority


The Ecommerce Account Executive is authorized to take reasonable action necessary to carry out the designated responsibilities as defined with limits of up to $250.00 or 10% of the total cost of an item.  These actions must be in accordance with the Bernhardt Policy Manual and other established policies and practices, and subject to general or specific authority limitations as established by the Ecommerce Manager.
