Summary

The CRS Service Coordinator is a central position responsible for scheduling, directing, and monitoring service work for responsible locations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, Technician efficiency and fleet health and availability.

Essential Functions

  • Process technician labor hours through Service Link for responsible branches
  • Assist with opening and closing of W/O's
  • Reviews warranty claims,PIP's,PSP's
  • Assist in issuing PO's to the purchasing department and vendors as needed
  • Works with Supervisor to ensure and monitor the department's compliance with all safety and contamination control guidelines.
  • Assist Supervisor's in coordinating service calls
  • Sources parts needed for allied repairs using SmartEquip
  • Promptly, at start of shift, review work schedule, check equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled, and prepare for operations
  • Works with Supervisor's to prioritize downed equipment based on the current needs of the business
  • Assigns or Performs general housekeeping duties as needed
  • Prepares customer damage estimates and enters them into the damage database
  • Assists Technicians in finding service information
  • Oversees bulk oil stocking levels and used oil disposal
  • Oversees contract cleaning service to meet 6s and Contamination Control guidelines
  • Optimizes operating systems to maximize efficiency and continually improve processes - These includeService Link, Quoter, Equipment Link, Service Tracker, Inspect, DBS, Parts Store, SmartEquip, iRentaland Geo Tab.
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience & Essential Qualifications

  • Three to Five years' service experience
  • Advanced knowledge of operating systems and strong MS Office skills
  • Problem solving techniques and a sense of urgency
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of Rental operations
  • Effectively delegate responsibility to others with compassion, mutual understanding and trust
  • Customer Experience Management
  • Uncompromising integrity, moral values, ethics
  • Positive and supportive approach to interpersonal relationships
