Posting Information | SUMMARY This position works on site at Bardo Arts Center with flexibility to assist with Box Office, Fine Art Museum Gift Shop (FAM Shop), and/or administrative duties as needed for Bardo Arts Center. This position will greet customers of all ages and backgrounds in a non-discriminatory educational environment, while working with customers in person and over the phone to assist in selling tickets to performances in the BAC Performance Hall, University Auditorium and Niggli Studio theater. This position will also be responsible for all Fine Art Museum Gift Shop (FAM Shop) operations, including but not limited to; performing sales, providing customer assistance, processing merchandise, art handling, and clerical duties required by and associated with the FAM Shop (which features work from students, faculty, staff, alumni and featured artists.) Guest Services Assistants report to BAC's Audience Services Manager. EXPECTATIONS

Tue: 10 AM - 4 PM Wed: 10 AM - 4 PM Thur. 10 AM - 7 PM Fri. 10 AM - 4 PM **Adjustment of hours involving evening and/or weekend work will be required. ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
