Job Overview:
Lenovo's legal department is looking for a talented, highly motivated, and dynamic Senior Patent Attorney, Patent Legal, ISG / SSG (Infrastructure Solutions Group / Solutions and Services Group) Portfolio Manager to help manage Lenovo's infrastructure and services businesses patent portfolio.
We are looking for someone who is an outstanding leader and manager of processes and patent portfolios with demonstrated effective communication skills, deep technical skills, and IP strategy experience. You will partner with inventors, technical business leadership, the IP legal team, and outside counsel to provide patent portfolio services effectively and efficiently for Lenovo mobile business group.
What You'll Do:
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in science and technology, preferably majoring in Physics, Electronics, Computer Science or Communication
* 10+ years' experience with strong patent portfolio strategy and development experience, preferably in patent department of a global ICT (Information and Communications Technology) company or an international patent law firm. Patent Agent status with the USPTO or similar status for other key countries.
* Experience working with IP tools, both internal and external.

* Master's degree in science and technology, preferably majoring in Physics, Electronics, Computer Science or Communication.
