The IT Staffing Account Executive is a consultative IT staffing sales professional who has an extensive background in all aspects of placing IT contract professionals. Reporting to the Director of Staffing Services and working with Mainline Account Executives to provide IT staffing solutions to existing clients and business development for new client acquisition for the West region. This role requires experience in selling IT staffing services. This individual should have the skills to determine key client requirements, build credibility, recommend the appropriate staffing resource/solutions. Experienced in interviewing technical candidates is required. The Mainline Staffing Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving IT Staffing Services revenue by opening new accounts and meeting established quotas. Must have a proven track record of successfully selling IT staffing and be a competitive and self-motivated individual.
