A Building Automation Engineer job in Concord, NC is currently accepting applications. This is a contract position with our key system integration client. In this role, you will assist with the onsite install of system software and configuration. To be considered for this role, you will have a B.S. Degree, along with 5+ years of related experience.

Building Automation Engineer Job Responsibilities:
oPerform software calibration and tuning
oConduct functional tests of all systems
oTroubleshoot installation discrepancies
oSupport additional customer testing
Program field modifications as required
oTrain customer representatives on operations and maintenance of system
oLead customer design review meetings
oConfigure user interface and HMI screens : Execute ema Puntial sualt Control testing
oDraft system documentation
oCreate instrument lists by examining P&ID drawings
oResearch instrumentation (temperature transmitters, pressure transmitters, flow meter, valve actuators, etc..) and select devices appropriate for the project
oResearch and select controls hardware appropriate for the project
oCompile submittal documentation for controls and instrument hardware
oCreate panel layouts and electrical schematics for controls enclosures
oProcure project hardware
oProvide technical support for panel fabrication technicians
oInspect completed control enclosures

Building Automation Engineer Job Requirements:
*B.S. Degree in Engineering
*5+ years of relevant experience
*Experience with Rockwell and JCI (Johnson Controls) is strongly preferred
*Background with building automation
*HVAC install experience is a plus
