BC is seeking a national senior technical leader in Coastal Adaptation and Resilience. This position will play an essential role in our Water Resources business in support of our Climate Resilience Initiative. This remote position can be based anywhere in North America, but will work in collaboration with Local Leaders, Technical Service Leaders, and the Marketing Managers, to collaboratively expand BC's technical expertise, mentor, and support staff, and grow our business and in Coastal Resilience and Adaptation. This role would lead the development of technical standards and develop client relationships, connect BC solutions to client needs, lead project teams in quality project delivery, and guide procurement stages leading to new opportunities. Additionally, the role would be expected to participate in industry conferences, develop publications, and contribute to research and innovation in the field, growing BC's profile and reputation within the industry.
The coastal regions are thriving/growing areas, demanding differentiating client service, sustainable and innovative solutions, and effective collaboration with our technical service providers and client contacts. Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.
