Job Summary:
The National Account Director is responsible for managing some of Harvard's most strategic client accounts. They will be the primary point of contact for all client matters and a leader working collaboratively across Harvard to ensure a well-coordinated service delivery that exceeds expectations and meets all Key Performance Indicators. The National Account Director must be energetic and of strong character. They must be passionate about the success of our client and the safety of our teams and occupiers. They must possess an unwavering drive to consistently improve and provide the ultimate Client Experience (CX).
