Job Description

General Information:

Hitachi Energy is seeking for a HR Operations Specialist for its Raleigh, NC location.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Processing HR requests related to Employee Life Cycle (from hire to retire) scope.
  • Maintain data and prepare report for various process.
  • Providing a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders, while ensuring that quality controls are maintained.
  • Provide support to HR community, managers and employees in various HR-related topics.
  • Communicating information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure understanding and adoption.
  • Recommends enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on experience with customers.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR.
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
  • Experience in an international company with matrix organization preferred.
  • Knowledge of ADP Global View, Workday or ServiceNow ticketing tools preferred.
  • Pro-active and can-do mindset.
  • You have got excellent communication skills, customer service orientation and teamwork ability.
