Summary:
The Speech-Language Pathologist provides patient care assessment and treatment. Responsible for mentoring Students and other Rehab Services personnel as assigned. Collaborates with other healthcare team members and physicians in a multi-disciplinary fashion to deliver the highest quality of care. Participates in CQI activities. Facilitates the provision of excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Patients and families: Provide patient assessment, care, and information. Address concerns and complaints. Project a positive image of the department and hospital. Physicians and other healthcare team members: Promote coordination of care. Address concerns and complaints. Community and Business: Provide education. Promote department and hospital.
