Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is currently seeking a litigation associate to join the firm's New York City office. The firm has a robust litigation practice and handles some of the largest cases in federal and state courts around the country. Womble is looking for an associate with 3-5 years of experience in connection with complex business disputes and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice. Preference will be given to candidates with deposition and court experience, as well as experience with legal research, drafting motions and briefs, managing complex e-discovery, preparing deposition outlines and exhibits, and with skills in fact investigation and fact development. Womble also expects all associates to meaningfully participate in business development efforts and to value diversity as a core professional benefit.
Must be licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in New York. Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a federal court clerk and must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills. The estimated salary range for this role in New York is $215,000 - $325,000 a year.
