As a Staff Industrial Engineer, you will be supporting the management of several business enterprise solutions,accounting for current ones utilized within wafer fabrication plus any additional that might acquire and implement. Individual will support the implementation, development, enhancement, and usage of our Manufacturing Business Systems. In this role, you will also be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights by designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Individual is expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, creating data models, and ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
Note: This position can be based in Newbury Park, CA or Woburn, MA.
Design and develop visually stunning and informative Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that effectively communicate complex data insights.
Work with various, often large, data sources, including relational databases, data warehouses, APIs, and flat files, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Develop, implement, and manage manufacturing & planning business systems.
Day-to-day operational systems analysis and validation, troubleshooting system failures, analyzing planning / capacity results, formulates and suggests system enhancements.
Support implementation and continuous improvement of Advanced Planning & Scheduling System in Wafer Fabs.
Support the end-user community by providing research, analysis, and problem resolution to team members.
Using strong analytical, consultative and communication skills, gather and document business requirements.
Negotiate technical and non-technical solutions that both satisfy the business user and conform to the technical architecture.
Trains users in conversion and implementation of new systems.
Actively demonstrate a passion for continuous improvement focused on end user productivity.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD$87,600 -$167,900per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others. Employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan, and certain roles are also eligible for additional awards, including recognition and stock.
