Acara Solutions is seeking a mechanical, technically inclined, individual that is motivated to learn how to evaluate and repair tool products for our client in Charlotte, NC.

This is a full-time, permanent placement opportunity with a well-established company that is a leader in the tool industry. The ideal candidate has proven success working independently, is reliable, and has either professional or personal experience assembling and disassembling any kind of mechanical equipment.

Title: Tool Repair Technician

Compensation: $24-25/hr. DOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm

Type of position: Permanent Placement

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, and 401k

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation, disassembly of tools, washing parts, and repair of tools
  • Shipping finished tools to their destination
  • Receiving tools and providing repair estimates
  • Work independently without supervision
Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 or more years of experience repairing, assembling, disassembling mechanical tools/equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Reliable, independent, and responsible
