On-Site Services Business Admin

General Information
As an On-Site Services Business Administrator, you will assist the On-Site Services global team in facilitating a new program structure. You will use professional communication, critical thinking, and time management skills to work with our global team as well as our regional base America's team.

Tasks

  • Monitor Service Level Agreements across the team and help develop and implement strategies to improve overall performance.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the decision-making process
  • Assist in creating, managing, and organizing documents, reports and records
  • Create and updating business presentations and reports for the improvement process
  • Monitor KPI's
  • Document procedures
  • Create training documentation

Reporting

  • Create Service Level Agreement Reports
  • Create improvement process reports
  • Create an "OSS Annual Service Measurement Report" with KPIs, insights, and shortage of the new OSS structure

Requirements
Basic Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficient in O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint)
  • Strong self-management skills
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic work environment
