Responsibilities of Psychiatrist:

• Maintain overall clinical responsibility for the mental health programs within the facility
• Oversee the completion of mental health screenings and evaluations
• Perform sick call visits and chronic care visits
• Conduct rounds in all units
• Formulate a working diagnosis, develop and implement a treatment plan, and evaluate/modify therapeutic regimens to promote positive patient outcomes
• Coordinate, lead and participate in educational training activities related to mental health care

Qualifications of Psychiatrist:

* Must hold a current, unrestricted Psychiatrist license in NV

* Current DEA registration

* A valid CPR card

* Boardcertification

* Eligible or qualified by the state laws/regulations to practice psychiatry

* Must have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in primary care specialty of psychiatrist with administrative experience

* Must possess strong written communication and verbal skills

* Must have strong computer skills
