Position Requirements
Sunstate is a proud Second Chance employer that evaluates every candidate on a case-by-case basis.
- Previous knowledge or experience of construction equipment is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM's is preferred
- Be comfortable training and educating customers and customer/branch employees using demonstrations
- Train and provide guidance to branch employees on best practices on equipment repair, maintenance, and storage
- Collaboratively work with the Sales team with needs assessments, quoting and troubleshooting engineered systems
