Skyworks is looking for a hands-on technician to join our Newbury Park Equipment Engineering Team supporting the Fab and Final Process areas.
Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment according to schematics, blueprints, drawings, and operating or repair manuals. Performs preventive and routine maintenance and repairs on semiconductor manufacturing equipment following work instructions and manufacturer manuals. Follow processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions to all production equipment in a specific area. Perform electrical/mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical production equipment used in the Fab.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD$53,400 -$93,000per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others.
