Essential Job Duties | The Nonwovens Institute has various projects and equipment which need to both be modified and constructed in our pilot facilities on NCSU's centennial campus. We are seeking an Electrician with Process Control skills for installation, commissioning and maintenance of various equipment. Daily tasks will be varied depending on the stage of lab/equipment. Work also includes coordinating the work efforts including the training of technicians who are providing technical assistance in solving problems with interacting systems. Tasks are, but not limited to: *Provide direction and oversight for erection and assembly of metal framing and electrical equipment (i.e. raceways, bus boxes, disconnects, dropdowns) along with installation of electrical circuits, breakers, subpanels and switches. |
