Schedule Monday-Friday standard business hours 7:30am-4pm central.

No nights, no weekends and no holidays.

Positions in this function include those responsible for a variety of functions related to the general management and general business operations across the company and its businesses.

Job Function Description Positions in this function include those responsible for providing process and operational support to the functions within Business Operations Family. Positions in this function may also be responsible for quality reporting, analysis and audits, and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school education or GED
  • Intermediate/proficient in MS Office, [Excel (create and maintain spreadsheets, analytics and reporting)]
  • Strong communication skills, written & verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 1 year of procurement or buyer experience
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of prior administrative/coordination experience
  • 1 year of analytics experience
  • 1 year project management experience
  • PMP certification
