  • Hire new employees and manage staffing levels to meet demand
  • Direct supervision of personnel across two shifts involved with the modular plastic belt fabrication process to achieve company objectives of delivering reliable, on-time, quality products
  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of assembly, reporting on performance measures, evaluating employees' performance, and coaching to promote individual improvement.
  • Ensure effective training and development for employees.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement activities
  • Ensure employees adhere to processes and procedures
  • Build effective teams by fostering communication and creating a positive work environment within team, across shifts and with other work groups.
  • Work collaboratively with other Operations team supervisors in an effort to increase overall productivity.
  • Implement operational improvements to:
    • Increase production
    • Improve quality


  • Previous supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to manage production personnel and lead medium to large teams
  • Must possess a strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic environment and under the pressure of deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (written and oral), and organization skills.
  • Highly motivated team player possessing a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and issue resolution skills.
  • Strong computer skills for email and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work a standard 40 hour week (M-F) with occasional nights and weekends as needed. It is essential that this position be performed at the facility.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Understanding of LEAN concepts
  • Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline preferred
  • Oracle experience
  • Production experience in a manufacturing environment
