Sarah Krieger

Registered, Licensed Dietitian and Nutritionist, Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

Sarah Krieger received a Bachelors of Science in dietetics degree from Central Michigan University and a Master of Public Health degree from the University of South Florida. She is a Registered, licensed Dietitian and Nutritionist (RDN) who specializes in weight management of all ages, including pregnancy.

Sarah has a minor in Food Service management since most of her teen and college years were in nursing home, summer camp and country club kitchens, where she whipped up gourmet and “most-of-the-time” nutritious meals for others. This led to business as a personal chef while working clinical jobs. Marriage and three kids later, Sarah’s primary role is to consult for Healthy Start, Fit4AllKids, and the Genetix Program, but is available for individual appointments if you are seeking nutritional guidance.

The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (formerly the American Dietetic Association) was founded in 1917, and is the world's largest organization of food and nutrition professionals. The Academy is committed to improving the nation's health and advancing the profession of dietetics through research, education and advocacy.
